“Television for Women” hopes its new information-technology solution will help the women and men who work there avoid headaches.
Lifetime Television and The Henson Group Inc. deployed a customized IT solution integrating the network’s on-air systems with its business applications.
“It took more than one year of research and development to develop this solution,” Lifetime vice president of IT business applications Sal Amato said in a prepared statement. “It has already exceeded expectations in processing efficiencies, and it could save Lifetime millions of dollars in the event of scheduling errors.”
