Lifetime Television announced Monday that it will host a think-tank meeting
in Los Angeles Tuesday and Wednesday on behalf of Child Care Action, a partner
in the network's 'Caring for Kids' public-advocacy campaign.
This is the fourth year of Lifetime's Caring for Kids initiative.
'Lifetime wants to be at the forefront of the issues most important to our
viewers,' vice president of public affairs Mary Dixon said in a prepared
statement, 'and working with Child Care Action definitely helps us to make a
difference in their lives.'
