Lifetime Names Marketing Chiefs

The marketing consultants who helped launch Army Wives, the most watched drama in Lifetime Television’s history have been named co-chief marketing officers.


The appointments of Bob Bibb and Lewis Goldstein are the first executive appointments for Andrea Wong, the Lifetime president and CEO, since taking the helm of the network in April. The two appointments are effective immediately.


Bibb and Goldstein have been partners for more than 20 years and have marketed the then-start-up networks Fox Television Network and The WB. At the latter, they were co-presidents of marketing, overseeing an in-house agency for the young network that became known for attracting a young, upscale, primarily female audience. 


That network is where they worked with Susanne Daniels, now Lifetime’s president of entertainment.

In the announcement, Wong expressed confidence the two men would use their creative vision and record of success in marketing to women to strengthen the Lifetime brand by making it “more vibrant, contemporary and empowering.”
