Charter Communications Inc. has named Mike Lovett senior vice president of Midwest-division operations.
Lovett had been corporate senior VP of operations support.
In his new role, he will assume overall responsibility for systems serving some 1.1 million customers in 12 states: Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Arkansas, Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, Colorado, New Mexico, Utah and Arizona.
Lovett will also maintain his current responsibilities for strategic and tactical support of field operations.
He succeeded Lee Clayton, who resigned from the MSO.
