Madonna Stars in Oxygen Promos

Fresh from critically lambasted film Swept Away, Madonna will next star in Oxygen's forthcoming marketing campaign,
themed, 'Oh! Oxygen.'

The campaign, set to break the first week in November, will consist of
several spots promoting such original Oxygen programs as Oprah: After the
Show
and The Isaac Mizrahi Show. Mizrahi will also appear in spots,
as will Candice Bergen, Carrie Fisher, TheSopranos' Jamie-Lynn
Sigler and Ana Gasteyer.

The spots will run for four weeks on cable networks and local cable systems,
as well as on more than 60 broadcast-TV stations, Oxygen said.

'Our campaign uses personalities that reflect the Oxygen brand and
sensibility, which is smart and fun,' Oxygen Media CEO Geraldine Laybourne said
in a prepared statement. 'We're evolving our look, our logo and our feel to
mirror our programming.'

The campaign was created by New York-based Dale Pon Advertising, while the
new logo was designed by Beverly Hills, Calif.-based Adams Morioka.

Pon's credits include the TNN: The National Network
relaunch and MTV: Music Television's classic 'I Want My MTV.'
