Maynard, Mass.-Sea-Change International Inc. last week reported strong first-quarter results, with revenues up 6 percent to $22 million and net income at $346,000, versus a $32,000 net loss for the corresponding 1999 quarter.

Its results were bolstered by expanded digital ad-insertion sales to existing MSO customers and by sales of its movies-on-demand hotel system to Cox Communications Inc.'s San Diego system and Time Warner Cable in Myrtle Beach, S.C.
