Mediacom Communications Corp. has successfully deployed CSG Systems International Inc.’s “Care Express,” the vendor said Tuesday.
Care Express enables subscribers to activate new services and manage account information online, freeing up customer-service representatives for other tasks.
“By offering a new channel to pay bills and conduct other business online, we can raise the level of customer service we provide, while giving our customers an easy way to maintain their accounts,” Mediacom senior vice president of customer operations Charles Bartolotta said in a prepared statement.
No. 8 MSO Mediacom serves 1.53 million subscribers in 23 states.
