Montgomery to Chair WICT Foundation

The Women in Cable & Telecommunications Foundation announced the members
of its 2003 board of trustees Thursday.

Ann Montgomery, regional senior vice president at Comcast Corp., is the 2003
chair, succeeding Kathleen Dore, president of IFC Cos., who remains a member of
the executive committee in her role as immediate past chair.

Also on the executive committee are secretary Amy Banse, VP of programming
investments at Comcast, and treasurer Rosa Gatti, ESPN's senior VP of
communications.

Reappointed trustees are:

Communications Inc.

\u0007 Mary Pat Blake, senior VP, Cable & Telecommunications Association for
Marketing

\u0007 Geraldine Laybourne, chairman and CEO, Oxygen Media

\u0007 Rob Stoddard, senior VP, communications and public affairs, National Cable
& Telecommunications Association

\u0007 Carl Vogel, president and CEO, Charter Communications Inc.
