More Love In Store For 'Big Love'

HBO has a whole lotta love for Big Love.
Production on the fourth season of the polygamy-centered series, starring Bill Paxton as Bill Henrickson, a man juggling the needs of his three wives, families and his home-improvement stores, will begin later this year. That campaign is slated to start in 2010.
Three episodes into its 10-installment third campaign, Big Love, which was delayed by the Writers Guild of America strike, has averaged 5 million viewers with multiple weekly airings.
Produced by HBO Entertainment in association with Tom Hanks's Playtone and Anima Sola Productions, Big Love will give HBO subscribers a chance to catch up with Henrickson happenings on Feb. 6, with the first three installments airing back-to-back, beginning at 8 p.m. (ET/PT).
"The stellar reviews and solid viewership this season confirm that this is a signature series for HBO," said Michael Lombardo, president, programming Group and West Coast Operations, HBO, in a statement. "Under the inspired creative supervision of [creators] Mark [Olson] and Will Scheffer], the series keeps getting better and better. I can't wait to see what they have planned for season four."
