Hallmark Channel said Wednesday that a spate of new system launches has pushed its distribution past 64 million subscribers.
The network said it has launched on systems owned by Comcast Corp., Time Warner Cable and the National Cable Television Cooperative.
Hallmark has been added to markets including Philadelphia; Detroit; Cleveland; Tallahassee, Fla.; Rockville, Md.; New Castle, Del.; Delaware County, Pa.; Santa Fe, N.M.; Del Rio, Texas; Hattiesburg, Miss.; and Evansville, Ind.
“The success we’ve had with distribution growth and ratings this year proves the value our programming provides our affiliate partners and their subscribers,” senior vice president of network distribution and service Janice Arouh said in a prepared statement.
“With the upcoming debut of JAG and Walker, Texas Ranger, and the arrival of the holiday season, our most highly rated time of year, we’re poised to continue with strong growth across the board through the end of the year and beyond,” she added.
