Motorola Broadband Communications Sector is unveiling a new
network-infrastructure-product strategy that integrates much of the
Internet-protocol and router elements from its purchase of RiverDelta Networks
Inc.

The suite covers packet-based voice over IP, streaming video, tiered data
services and service provisioning, Motorola said.

Specifically, the portfolio includes Motorola's 'BSR 64000' carrier-class
edge router with an integrated cable-modem-termination system; a 'BSR1000'
stand-alone CMTS; the 'CAS2000' family of software; an advanced provisioning
manager; a Data Over Cable Service Interface Specification device manager; and
third-party mediation solutions.

Separately, Motorola said it will integrate iSurfTV Corp.'s interactive
program guide into its 'DCT-2000' and 'DCT-5000' series of
set-tops.
