Gutsche was one of Capital One's youngest business directors. He is now a management consultant for the Monitor Group, where he advises Fortune 500 clients on strategy.
At the summit, Gutsche will apply his background in corporate strategy and expertise in consumer marketing to "cool hunting" and other marketing strategies. He'll provide a look at emerging trends, according to CTAM.
