MSNBC Debuts Special Edition

Secaucus, N.J. -- MSNBC debuted a series of primetime
specials, Special Edition, last Thursday at 8 p.m. with an episode anchored by
Soledad O'Brien.

The inaugural show included a profile on serial killers, a
feature on famous lost fortunes tied into Elton John's recent financial problems and a
consumer report on sunscreen usage.

Each hour-long Special Edition will include original
interviews, segments from NBC News and NBC archival footage.

MSNBC is tinkering with its primetime schedule, and more
changes will be announced in the coming weeks. Also last week, the network moved Equal
to 6:30 p.m. from 8 p.m., when Special Edition nowairs.
