The Mtn.- MountainWest Sports Network will premiere the second part of its documentary about conference players being considered by the National Football League.
The regional sports network will bow the second installment of Sights on Sunday May 11 at 7 p.m. (MT).
Sights on Sunday follows draft-eligible players from programs across the Mountain West Conference as they prepare for the NFL Draft on April 25-26 through their respective training camps.
A three-part series, the first 30-minute episode of Sights on Sunday aired April 6 focusing on preparation and training for the crucial days ahead at the NFL Combine and individual school "pro days."
The first segment of the second part begins with the 12 Mountain West Conference players invited to attend the NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis, Ind. this past February, when they underwent physical and mental testing and evaluation. The program transitions into the second segment and features "pro day" activities at MWC institutions, incorporating tests and evaluations for players who were not in attendance at the combine to showcase their talents in front of the NFL scouts.
Finally, the third segment looks at where the potential draftees were planning to be during the days of the NFL Draft and their reaction to the draft results.
The third and final episode of Sights on Sunday is scheduled to air in September as The Mtn. follows several players in their bid to earn a roster spot at training camp.
Sights on Sunday will air several times throughout May. For additional schedule and programming information, visit www.themtn.tv
