Kathy Najimy and fashion icon Isaac Mizrahi will help Lara Linney and Showtime conclude The Big C.
As was announced at last summer's TCA press tour, The Big C will follow its third campaign by wrapping up with four one-hour installments.The premium network did not announce the scheduling for the limited series run.
Starring Linney in her Golden Globe Award-winning and Emmy-nominated role as Cathy Jamison, a suburban wife, mother, and teacher dealing with a terminal cancer diagnosis,The Big C: hereafter will also feature series regulars Oliver Platt, John Benjamin Hickey, Gabriel Basso and Gabourey Sidibe.
Najimy (Sister Act, King of the Hill, Numb3rs) will appear in all four episodes as Cathy's (Linney) no-nonsense therapist who will help her deal with the challenges she faces. Mizrah will be in several episodes, playing a fashion mentor to Andrea (Sidibe), who will start design school.
