NASDAQ to Charter: Replace Lillis

Charter Communications Inc. said Tuesday that its audit committee is one independent member shy, according to the NASDAQ Exchange, AP reported.

The panel is down to two members following the resignation of Charles Lillis March 28, and the MSO has until its annual shareholders’ meeting in July to replace Lillis, or it will face delisting, according to AP.

Charter also said Paul Martin will continue as interim co-chief financial officer until a permanent replacement for former executive Derek Chang is named, AP reported.
