Nat Geo Wild Orders ‘Animal Search & Rescue’ Series

Nat Geo Wild has greenlit a new miniseries that will follow first responders looking to rescue trapped pets during major storms.

 The series, Animal Search & Rescue, will premiere in 2015 and will follow a team of dedicated meteorologists, storm chasers, animal experts and emergency personnel who seek to rescue trapped and injured pets, said network officials.

In addition, the network will film Nat Geo Wild personality Cesar Millan (The Dog Whisperer) as embarks on his international live touring show. The special, Cesar Millan: Viva Las Vegas!, will air in 2015 timed to the second season of the network’s series Cesar 911, said network officials.
