Chicago— Top cable strategists and MSO executives have committed to two general sessions during the upcoming National Show, to be held here June 8 through 11.
A general session on Sunday, June 8, will serve as the opening session of the Broadband Opportunity Conference, sponsored by the Cable & Telecommunications Association for Marketing. Senior executives from four major MSOs will discuss groundbreaking technologies featured on the exhibition floor.
Panelists will be: Mark Coblitz, senior vice president of strategic planning, Comcast Corp.; Kevin Leddy, senior vice president of new product development, Time Warner Cable; Dallas Clement, senior vice president of strategy and development, Cox Communications Inc.; and Steve Silva, executive vice president and chief technology officer, Charter Communications Inc.
The general session and luncheon on Wednesday, June 11, will feature a conversation among top MSO leaders.
Panelists will be: Glenn Britt, chairman and CEO, Time Warner Cable; Steve Burke, president, Comcast Cable Communications; Rocco Commisso, chairman and CEO, Mediacom Communications Corp.; James Robbins, president and CEO, Cox; Tom Rutledge, president of cable and communications, Cablevision Systems Corp.; and Carl Vogel, president and CEO, Charter.
