NBC Universal Cable said it promoted Gena Nason to director of marketing, on demand, and Meredith Shea to associate manager of field marketing and affiliate ad sales.
Nason had been marketing manager, on demand. Her responsibilities include overseeing marketing for on demand events and managing consumer and trade media plans in addition to being the liaison for NBCU’s field marketing, public relations and Hispanic initiatives for on demand. She also manages field account marketing for Comcast, Cox Communications, Time Warner Cable, DirecTV and EchoStar.
Shea had been account executive of field marketing. NBCU said the six-year company veteran will continue to oversee the North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Idaho and Wyoming territories.
