NBC's Morales to Host nuvoTV Election Special

NuvoTV on Aug. 19 will air We Decide: Latinos and the 2012 Election, a one-hour town-hall
style event moderated by Natalie Morales of NBC News and featuring some of
Latino politics' most-recognized figures.

The special, co-produced with NBC News taped July 17 at the
Peacock Network's studios, kicks off by asking a mostly Latino audience to
raise their hands if they've already decided who they'll vote for for
president.

"Wow, I'm impressed!"
Morales, news anchor for NBC's Today
show, says. "This is not perhaps the reflection of what's going on at a
national scale, where Latinos are mostly undecided."

Morales then moderates a lively debate including former New
Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson, a Democrat, Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-Ill.) and Janet
Murguia, president and CEO of the National Council of La Raza, among others.

The premiere of We
Decide
explores some of the issues on the minds of Latino voters this
election, including the economy, job creation, education, the Dream Act and
immigration.
