NBC's Reilly Gain Is FX's Loss

Kevin Reilly is leaving FX to head up NBC's primetime development, reporting
to NBC Entertainment president Jeff Zucker.

Reilly, who began his career at NBC in the late 1980s, has raised the
programming bar considerably at FX since he joined the network in 2000.

Under his watch as president of entertainment, FX has improved its ratings
and gained critical acclaim and buzz through the launch of such shows as Emmy
Award-winning renegade cop drama The Shield and original film 44
Minutes: The North Hollywood Shootout
. The latter was the most-watched show
in FX's history.

Comedy skein Lucky, starring John Corbett, hasn't produced big
ratings, but it has garnered critical accolades, while there has been plenty of
press about the upcoming Nip/Tuck, which gets underneath the skin of the
plastic-surgery world.

FX and Reilly, whose contract expires in September, are working out exit
details.
