A total of 75 companies have room to show off so far at this year's National
Show June 8 through 11 in Chicago.
The National Cable & Telecommunications Association disclosed the initial
exhibitor count Thursday afternoon, several weeks after the deadline for initial
space requests passed.
Most of the key programming and technology vendors are on board, including
ABC Cable Networks Group, Discovery Networks U.S., Motorola Inc. and
There will also be a high-definition-TV pavilion for the first time, with a
number of programmers taking part.
CSTV: College Sports Television, video-on-demand server supplier Broadbus
Technologies Inc. and WearGuard are among the nine first-time National Show
exhibitors brought in so far.
