NCTC Gets Wisdom

San Francisco -- Wisdom Television has signed a distribution agreement with
the National Cable Television Cooperative Inc. that will give the network access
to nearly 13 million subscribers, the companies announced at the CTAM Summit
here.

The deal will enable NCTC members to carry the quality-lifestyle network on
analog and digital under the co-op's master agreement. Co-op member companies
own some 6,300 cable systems that serve nearly 13 million subscribers, many in
small and rural communities.

'The NCTC is looking forward to working with Wisdom Television to deliver
quality programming to its members,' NCTC senior vice president of programming
Frank Hughes said in a prepared statement. 'We are enthusiastic about working
with this innovative and forward-thinking cable network.'
