'House of Cards' Returns to Netflix March 4

Netflix will return its popular political drama series House of Cards on March 4, the streaming service announced Tuesday night.

The OTT service released a teaser promoting season four of the series, which stars Kevin Spacey as President Frank Underwood.

The Emmy-winning series, which will  also stars Robin Wright, will feature 13 new episodes for its fourth season, according to Netflix.
