Netfix has greenlit a fourth season of its Emmy winning political drama House of Cards.
The series, which stars Kevin Spacey and Robin Wright, will launch its fourth season on the OTT service in 2016, according to Netflix. The third season of the political drama debuted this past Feburary.
April has already been a busy month for Netflix on the original programming front. The network earlier today announced the development of the 1980s-themed thriller Montauk and a sketch comedy show featuring David Cross and Bob Odenkirk of HBO's Mr. Show fame.
On April 1 the network renewed its original drama Bloodline for a second season.
