NFL Network named a producer and director for its upcoming telecasts of National Football League games.
Veteran ABC television producer Mark Loomis will be the producer for the league’s cable service’s Thursday-night and Saturday-night primetime game package. Loomis has been with ABC Sports for 16 years.
And 11-time Emmy-Award winning NBC director John Gonzalez will be the director for NFL Network’s game coverage. Gonzalez has been a director at NBC for the past 28 years.
NFL Network’s game schedule will be made up of five Thursday-night games and three Saturday-night contests from weeks 12-17 of the league’s season beginning Thanksgiving night. All of the service’s games will kick off at 8:05 p.m. (EST) and be available in HD.
