NGC Makes Some Amazing Discoveries

Sept. 6-10 will be an Amazing week for National Geographic Channel.

Throughout that week, the network will air episodes of National Geographic Channel's Most Amazing Discoveries, including two premieres.

The world premiere of The Diva Mummy Monday, Sept. 6 at 9 p.m. (EST/PST) examines what some experts call "the world's most perfect mummy," The Lady of Dai, an aristocrat of China’s Han Dynasty era.

And the stunt wraps up with the U.S. premiere of Massacre at Punta Lobos, which investigates a roughly 700-year-old crime in Peru with nearly 200 victims -- blindfolded fishermen with their hands tied with coarse rope behind their backs and their throats slit.
