Nick Elevates Pair of Marketing Executives

Frank Tanki and Jennifer Tracy were promoted at Nickelodeon.

New vice president of brand marketing Tanki had been senior director, Nickelodeon brand marketing. He will report to executive VP of marketing and worldwide partnerships Pam Kaufman and direct brand management of the network’s brands and hit properties, as well as: overseeing all network advertising; implementing long-term strategic-marketing initiatives to support TV-show launches, network events, consumer product programs and third-party promotions and partnerships; providing strategic direction for the development and execution of the network's consumer marketing efforts, educational outreach and on- and off-air events; and strategic direction and planning for promotions marketing of various on- and off-air programs, including the Nickelodeon upfront and ad trade campaigns.

Tracy, who was elevated to VP of digital promotions marketing, will report to senior VP of promotions marketing Brenda Freeman and will be responsible for the promotions-marketing strategies for Nick.com, NickJr.com, ParentsConnect.com and GoCityKids, as well as: helping to coordinate advertiser promotional strategies across the MTV Networks Kids and Family Group digital portfolio; developing new sponsorship strategies; launching online marketing programs for advertisers; and determining marketing opportunities for new and existing network applications.
