Nickelodeon said Friday that it will relaunch its Nick Arcade service July 1.
Nick Arcade offers paid downloadable games for kids on Nick.com (www.nick.com) and Nickjr.com (www.nickjr.com).
Nick Online teamed up with Big Fish Games Inc. and Trymedia Systems Inc. on the relaunch.
“Nick Arcade provides a unique platform of rich game experiences for our audience that they can download and own," Nick Online senior vice president and general manager Mike Skagerlind said in a prepared statement. "With the combined expertise of Big Fish Games and TryMedia, Nickelodeon will move to the forefront of this arena."
