No June Swoon for Lifetime

Lifetime Television said Tuesday that it posted its eighth consecutive month of primetime-household-ratings increases in June.

The network’s 1.5 Nielsen Media Research mark for June was up 7% compared with June 2004, and it also posted a 9% gain in viewers two-plus, tallying 1.7 million.

Lifetime posted similar 7% and 9% gains in primetime household ratings for the second quarter, earning a 1.5 and 1.6 million viewers two-plus, respectively.
