Noggin Hires Ad Agency

NEW YORK -Children's educational network Noggin last week said it has retained New York-based ad agency Bartle Bogle Hegarty to create its first consumer ad campaign.

Noggin plans to budget $12 million for television buys to help build brand awareness. The consumer campaign for the channel, a joint effort between Nickelodeon and the Sesame Workshop, is set to start this May and run through the summer.
