Nortel Networks Corp. is not ready to commit to a specific date for the release of its full-year-2004 financial results, Reuters reported Tuesday.
"We will file our unaudited financial statements for the first and second quarters of 2004 before the end of January and follow soon thereafter with the filing of our unaudited financial statements for the third quarter of 2004," CEO Bill Owens said during a conference call, Reuters reported.
"As you will appreciate, I can't commit to specific date for the 2004 10K,” he added.
The embattled vendor filed its 2003 audited financial statements after the close of trading Monday.
Nortel has cut more than 60,000 jobs, or almost two-thirds of its work force, over the past three years.
