Comcast Corp.’s fifth annual Comcast Cares Day is set for Saturday, Oct. 1.
The MSO said more than 30,000 employees and their families will volunteer with almost 300 community organizations in 32 states and the District of Columbia as part of “one of the largest single-day corporate volunteer efforts in the United States.”
The Comcast Foundation will also donate more than $1 million in grants to local community partner organizations on behalf of each employee and family member who volunteers on Comcast Cares Day.
