ONE World Sports Adds Distribution

One World Sports, a global sports network, said it has signed distribution agreements with Duncan Cable, Kuhn Communications and Shenandoah Telecommunications. The multiyear, multiplatform agreements extend the programmer's reach with customers in rural Maryland, portions of Pennsylvania and Virginia and parts of Vermont and West Virginia.

The affiliation agreements were enabled under ONE World Sports’ January 2015 agreement with the National Cable Television Cooperative (NCTC).

“ONE World Sports is the premier TV destination for a variety of live global sports,” Randy Brown, ONE World Sports executive vice president, distribution, said in a release. “The addition of Duncan Cable, Kuhn Communications and Shentel – all members of the NCTC – to ONE World Sports’ distribution portfolio reinforces the growing market throughout America for international sports viewership and the appeal of quality live sports programming.”

ONE World Sports has distribution agreements with Verizon FiOS, Dish Network, Charter Communications, Cablevision's Optimum TV, Mediacom Communications, Google Fiber, RCN and a growing number of systems through the NCTC.
