AT&T Broadband is moving to Internet bill-paying.
The MSO is giving its video and Internet subscribers the option of paying
their monthly bills online through its new 'Online Bill Pay' service.
Customers can access the site through http://help.broadband.att.com, where
they select their region from the dropdown list and click on the 'My Account'
link. The site includes a questions-and-answers section, as well as
The password-protected secure site can be accessed anytime night or day.
Customers can pay their bills via credit card, debit card or electronic fund
transfer from checking or saving accounts. Customers can also select recurrent
or one-time payment options.
The site also provides customers with past and current billing statements and
recent account activity.
