In a surprising development, Adlink chairman Tom Feige said Tuesday that
executive vice president and general manager Hank Oster will leave the Los
Angeles interconnect at the end of this month.
Feige indicated that Oster's position 'is expected to be consolidated with
that of recently departed president and CEO Charlie Thurston.'
Most cable-industry speculation had centered on Oster's being the
front-runner to replace Thurston, who will join Comcast Cable Communications
Inc. as president of ad sales March 18.
