Fox Sports veteran Rebecca O'Sullivan Thursday was named vice president and
general manager of Fox Sports Net Arizona.

O'Sullivan -- who has worked in various executive positions within Fox Sports
since its inception in 1994 -- will oversee all aspects of FSN Arizona's
business, Fox Sports officials said.

Currently in 1.6 million homes, FSN Arizona holds the cable rights to Major
League Baseball's Arizona Diamondbacks and the National Hockey League's Phoenix
Coyotes.

O'Sullivan, who most recently was senior VP of strategic planning for Fox
Sports and FSN, replaces former FSN Arizona GM Cathy Weeden, who was recently
appointed VP and GM of Sunshine Network in Orlando, Fla.
