Ovation Licenses Rights to Music, Film Magazine Shows

Ovation TV has inked a licensing deal with international distributor FCCE for a pair of entertainment magazine series.

The arts network has secured the exclusive U.S. rights for Wall of Sound and Film & Stars, and plans to premiere both during this quarter.

Wall of Sound is a new weekly magazine that apprises viewers of the latest in news, gossip, song and album releases, plus chart rundowns. Among the artitsts that will be showcased:Taylor Swift, Iggy Azalea, Meghan Trainor, Ariana Grande, Nicki Minaj, Sam Smith, Katy Perry, Snoop Dogg, Ed Sheeran, and many more.  Ovation's initial order is for a dozen of the 30-minute shows.

Similarly, Ovation will air a dozen half hours of Film & Stars, whichaffords viewers info on the latest film releases, the biggest movie stars and a sneak peak of what’s coming up.

They are a great complement to our music documentary and film programming.”
