Palin to Sit Down With CNN’s Blitzer

CNN will air a one-on-one interview with former Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin and Wolf Blitzer on Wednesday, Nov. 12, network officials said Monday.

The Alaska governor will be in Miami for the Republican Governors Association conference. The interview will be aired throughout the three hours of The Situation Room that day.

Blitzer plans to ask Palin about her experiences as the first Republican woman to be nominated as vice president, the recent backlash she has faced from members within the John McCain presidential campaign and whether she plans to remain in the national spotlight. Blitzer also will present her with questions from viewers who submit iReports online at
