Palmer To Star In Nick Series

Teen actress Keke Palmer will star in a new Nickelodeon live action series True Jackson, VP, set to debut this fall.

The network has ordered 20 episodes of the series, which will center on the exploits of Palmer’s character True Jackson, who is tapped to head the youth division of a major fashion label. Palmer has appeared in several theatrical movies, including Akeelah and the Bee, as well as Disney Channel original telefilm, Jump In!

The show will be executive-produced by award-winning comedy veteran Andy Gordon (Back to You, NewsRadio, Just Shoot Me!, Mad About You)
