Time Warner Cable named Frederick J. Pappalardo vice president, business planning and strategy, upstate New York and Maine.
Pappalardo had been VP, product-management operations at the MSO’s corporate headquarters.
In his new role, he will lead the integration of Adelphia Communications Corp.’s systems in Buffalo, N.Y., as well as systems that will become part of Time Warner’s Maine division. Pappalardo will also work with both the corporate team and executive VP Barry Rosenblum’s executive team to help develop a common approach to regionalization plans for upstate New York and Maine.
