Virtual multichannel video programming distributor FuboTV has named Chris Flatley as vice president, ad sales, based in New York. He comes from Dish Network’s Sling TV unit, where he was on the direct and programmatic ad-sales team.

Jeff Bader has been named chief research officer at NBCUniversal, spearheading a new corporate research and strategy group. He had been NBC Entertainment president of program planning, strategy and research.
