Shannon Jacobs was upped to senior vice president, communications, at CBS. She had been VP, CBS Communications Group.

Rachel Crane has joined CNN as a New York-based digital correspondent, covering pop culture and innovation. She comes from Bloomberg, where she was a technology and innovation correspondent and host and producer of Bloomberg’s Brink.

Media Links has promoted David Herfert to vice president, sales, Americas. He had formerly served as director.
MTGX
Jakob Mejlhede has joined MTGx, the digital unit of international entertainment group Modern Times Group, as chief content officer. He will continue to servea s senior VP, acquisitions and programming at Modern Times Group.
MTV LATIN AMERICA
Viacom International Media Networks–The Americas has tapped Maria Iregui as brand manager and senior vice president, programming and production MTV Latin America. She was VP, production at Telemundo Networks.
Also, Maria Badillo, vice president of programming and production at Tr3s, will have interim oversight of the Tr3s brand.
PACE
U.K.-based set-top provider Pace has tapped Jim Henderson as president, Pace International, responsible for the Europe, Middle East and Africa and Asia/ Pacific businesses. Most recently a consultant, he has held senior positions at Comcast, Charter Communciations and Verizon Communications.
TENNIS CHANNEL
Tennis Channel has tapped Adam Ware for the new post of senior vice president, head of digital media, based in Los Angeles. He most recently was founder and principal of Aware Media Consulting.
TRUTV
Puja Vohra was named senior vice president, marketing and digital at truTV. She comes from Oxygen Media, where she was vice president of ad sales marketing.
TV ONE
Paul Duong has joined TV One as vice president, programming and scheduling. He comes from The Weather Channel, where he was senior director of program scheduling for content and development.
