Also, Rosa Flores has been named a field correspondent in the network’s Chicago bureau. She had been a New York-based correspondent.

Comcast Cable has added Chris Satchell as executive vice president and chief product officer. He comes from Internal Game Technology (IGT), where he was chief technology officer and executive VP of R&D.

ECLIPSE

Laurie Silverman has joined Eclipse Marketing Services in Morristown, N.J., as vice president, strategic partnerships and national accounts. She most recently worked at cable network TVGN, where she was VP, national accounts.

Aaron Goldman has joined digital advertising firm 4C as chief marketing officer. He comes from marketing software firm Kenshoo, where he served as CMO.

ITV STUDIOS

ITV Studios America has elevated Paul Reaney to senior vice president of development, based in Los Angeles. He had been VP, development, since he joined the company in 2011.

LIBERTY GLOBAL

Betzalel Sergio Kenigsztein has been named president and chief operator of Liberty Global’s Latin American and Caribbean Operations (the LiLAC Group). He had been managing director of Liberty’s Central and Eastern European region.

MUSE

Muse Entertainment USA has added Lydia Storie as vice president of development. She comes from Endemol Studio, where she was director of development for scripted pod Additional Dialogue.

Also, Megan Mathes has joined Muse as director of development. She was manager of development at Evolution Entertainment.

Finally, Scott Clayton advanced to manager of development at Muse.

SEACHANGE

Edward Terino was named chief operating officer at SeaChange International in Acton, Mass. The 30- year executiuve currently serves as a director at Baltic Trading.

SONY PICTURES TELEVISION

René Santaella was promoted to senior vice president of global ad strategy and operations, Digital Networks, at Sony Pictures Television, leading global ad sales strategy and operations for Crackle and PlayStation. He had been VP, general sales manager at SPT.

TURNER

Turner Broadcasting System has upped Sandy Patula to senior vice president, research, at TBS and TNT. She had been VP, audience insights, brand and cross-platform research for TBS and TNT.
