Steve Silverman has joined creative services agency Flex Creative in Burbank, Calif., as vice president of marketing and creative. The appointment follows Flex’s acquisition of marketing, promot ions and production company SuchAGoodDog, where Silverman was founder and chief creative director.
Terri Hines was named executive vice president of communications at Fox Sports. She comes from Nike, where she was VP, global communications for its Converse subsidiary.
Neil Butterfield has been named director of sales for Latin America at Globecast, a Parisbased global solutions provider for media. He comes from Intelsat, where he was senior product specialist.
Nicole Sabatini has joined OTT platform Hulu as vice president and head of integrated marketing. She comes from Pop, where she was executive VP of marketing.

Allison Page was named general manager of U.S. programming and development for Scripps Networks Interactive, adding responsibility for Food Network and Cooking Channel to her existing responsibilities.
Also, Scripps has tapped Julie Taylor as its senior vice president of program planning & strategy, U.S. Networks, overseeing the scheduling teams across all six networks. And Shannon Jamieson Driver, who already leads marketing efforts for all six networks, has been named general manager, U.S. brand marketing.
Jamie French has been named vice president, programming publicity at Starz. He comes from NBCUniversal, where he was VP, communications and talent relations at Esquire Network.
Total Traffic & Weather Network has elevated Roger Nadel to senior vice president, affiliate operations. He was VP, affiliate sales and compliance.
Also, Jack Dunkle was upped to senior vice president of affiliate sales at TTWN. He had been VP.
