SNELL
Eric Cooney was named president and CEO of Snell Advanced Media, a Newbury, U.K.- based provider of integrated media production products and services. He had been CEO of Tandberg Television prior to that company’s merger with Ericsson in 2007.

LEFTFIELD PICTURES
Gretchen Palek and Shawn Witt have been elevated to co-presidents of ITV America’s Leftfield Pictures unit, based in New York. Palek had served as senior VP, talent and casting, at the production company; Witt was formerly senior VP, programming.

TURNER
Turner Content Distribution in Atlanta has added Tyler Moody as vice president, general manager of the new Turner Podcast Network and Alex Gonzalez as senior vice president, brand distribution.

MOTORSPORT NETWORK
Motorsport Network in Miami has tapped Kevin Annison to lead its linear-TV and internet video efforts as president, Motorsport.tv. A former Fox Sports executive, Annison was VP and general manager of the digital-media division of cable network Speed.

UNIVISION
Rosemary Ravinal has joined Univision Communications as vice president, entertainment and consumer public relations. She was a senior counselor on Hispanic business strategy for Toyota Motors North America for República in Miami.
