Univision Communications has named Jessica Rodriguez as president and chief operating officer, UCI Networks, a new post overseeing the company’s TV networks. She will remain as chief marketing officer.
SIMULMEDIA
Kyle Hubert was appointed chief technology officer at advertising technology company Simulmedia in New York. Hubert had served as Simulmedia’s chief scientist since December 2016.

Utah Scientific has promoted Troy Davis to vice president, North American sales, with oversight for the company’s entire North America sales operation. He had been sales manager, Western region.
