Jennifer Caserta was elevated to chief transformation and people officer at AMC Networks in New York. The former IFC president and general manager had been the programmer’s chief transformation officer since last May.

ASPECT

Hollywood-based entertainment creative advertising agency Aspect has named Jason Chappelle as its new executive creative director. He comes from MOCEAN, where he had been a senior VP and creative director.

C-BAND ALLIANCE

The C-Band Alliance in Washington, D.C., has appointed Peter Pitsch as head of advocacy and government affairs. He had been associate general counsel for chipmaker Intel, where he was responsible for global telecom policy until his 2018 retirement.

COMCAST BUSINESS

Ken Folderauer has joined Comcast Business as vice president of federal government sales, heading a new segment targeting government and the public sector. He was head of the Oracle National Security Group’s Communications Services Division.

GROUPM

Media buyer GroupM has tapped Amit Seth as global chief data and product officer, based in New York. He had been president of Affinity Solutions, which helps financial services companies and other marketers with data and analytics.

TELEMUNDO ENTERPRISES

Christina Kolbjornsen has joined NBC Telemundo Enterprises in Miami as senior vice president of corporate and external affairs. She comes from Wells Fargo, where she was senior VP, head of segments and marketing communications.
