AMC Networks has promoted Michael Graf to senior vice president, ad sales, at BBC World News TV, continuing to oversee ad sales, pricing, inventory, research and operations for the channel. He was VP.

CABLELABS

CableLabs has promoted Rachel Beisel to senior vice president and chief marketing officer. She joined the Louisville, Colo.-based technology consortium last year as VP of marketing and communications.

KATZ MEDIA

Katz Media Group has elevated Stacey Lynn Schulman to chief marketing officer. She was executive VP of strategy, analytics and research, providing audience and consumer analytics.

Brian Hurley will join the AMERICAN CABLE ASSOCIATION as vice president of regulatory affairs. He had been special counsel in the Competition Policy division of the Federal Communications Commission’s Wireline Competition Bureau.
Vernon Sanders has been named co-head of television at AMAZON STUDIOS. A former executive VP of current programming at NBC, he most recently had an overall deal with Universal Television.
Billing and customer-care company CSG SYSTEMS has named Rolland (Rollie) Johns as executive vice president and chief financial officer. He had been CSG’s chief accounting officer since 2013.
The CABLE AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS HUMAN RESOURCES ASSOCIATION has named David Brunick, chief human resources officer for WOW!, and Scott Porter, senior VP of HR, corporate and technology for Turner, to its board of directors.
Miami-based audiovisual content company DOPAMINE has named Miguel Ángel Oliva as chief marketing officer. He is a former VP of public relations and corporate communications at HBO Latin America.
HULU added a pair of executives to its content and brand marketing teams: Ryan Crosby, formerly director of global creative marketing at Netflix, as vice president, content marketing; and Nick Tran, formerly Samsung’s head of brand culture, as vice president of brand and culture marketing.
U.K.-based maker of user experience products MASSIVE INTERACTIVE has tapped Chip Canter as global chief revenue officer. The former NBCUniversal executive most recently served as general manager of Verizon’s Digital Entertainment business.
New York-based video technology firm MIRRIAD has named Tim Jones as global head of research and insights and Neha Warrier as vice president, sales, in India. Jones had been head of international research and consumer insight for AOL; Warrier was most recently a Discovery Networks executive.
David Zimmer was named chief sales officer of Boston-based subsea fiber optic cable system developer SEABORN NETWORKS. He had been senior vice president, carrier services business unit at Earthlink.
