Philo, the entertainment-focused OTT TV service, said it has opened access to TV Everywhere apps and websites for most of the networks in its lineup.

TVE support for OWN’s authenticated TVE apps and site will be coming soon.

Philo subs can tap into programmer-run TVE offerings using their login credentials.

After an initial focus on multiscreen TV services for college campuses, Philo branched off in November with a national virtual MVPD service that starts at $16 for a lineup of more than 35 channels, along with a mix of add-on packages. Philo users can access up to three simultaneous streams per account and set up profiles for individual users.

Philo’s national OTT TV service is currently supported on web browsers, iOS and Android mobile devices, and Roku players and Roku TVs. Support for Apple TV and Amazon Fire devices is slated for this summer.

Philo, which is working on the integration of a bevy of social features, has raised about $51 million, with backers that include A+E Networks, AMC Networks, Discovery, Scripps and Viacom, New Enterprise Associates, Rho Ventures, XFund, HBO, CBC New Media Group, and Mark Cuban’s Radical Investments.
